Marc Pannier is the Director of Client Services in the firm’s Orange County Office and specializes in employee benefits programs for mid size companies in both Orange and Los Angeles counties. Marc brings to the firm a commitment to client advocacy and more than a decade of experience in employee benefits management. His responsibilities include business development and management of large and middle-market benefits clients.
Prior to joining Barney & Barney, Marc worked at Marsh & McLennan companies for 12 years, including Mercer and Johnson & Higgins. Prior to the brokerage industry, Marc worked for two years at Health Net, one of California's largest managed care companies.
Marc is a third generation native of Orange County and earned his MBA degree from the University of California at Irvine and his bachelor's degree from Tufts University. He is a board member of the Orange County Employee Benefits Council, Catalyst Networking Group and Ashford Place. He is the Orange County Chairman of the Tufts Alumni Admission Program and actively participates with Orangewood Children’s Foundation and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County.
