With 22 years experience in the insurance industry, Trindl Reeves has served as a Principal of Barney & Barney since 2006. She has a significant background in risk management and health & welfare consulting to publicly traded companies and has been a key component of the firm's growth. She is also responsible for leading the firm's company-wide sales effort and in 2010, she was made Chief Sales Officer by the insurance brokerage's ownership team.
Prior to joining Barney & Barney, Ms. Reeves served as Managing Director of the Marsh San Diego office and formerly held numerous leadership positions during her ten-year tenure there and at Marsh’s Orange County office. Prior to Marsh she was a Client Manager for Johnson & Higgins in their Costa Mesa office.
Trindl is one of the founders of B&B GROW, a women's initiative focused on attracting, retaining, educating and supporting the women of Barney & Barney and in 2011, she was named as one of San Diego Business Journal's "Women Who Mean Business." She is actively involved on the boards and committees of several local organizations, such as the San Diego County YMCA, the high-tech entrepreneurial group CONNECT, the biotech trade group BIOCOM, the San Diego Venture Group, and The San Diego Regional Economic Development Corporation. Trindl is also involved with FEI, Corporate Director’s Forum, and Athena. Through her active participation with these organizations, Trindl plays an influential role in the development of both San Diego’s business and civic communities.
Trindl earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of California, Irvine, and holds the professional designations of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI).
